the software did not work
The software did not work, after 12 hours of migration, it did not work. Had to migrate one phone using Samsung Smartswitch and then the merge worked. I paid the perpetual license but the site registered for both licenses, perpetual and monthly. It was difficult to cancel the monthly license, had to search on internet how to do it.
