My service representative was incredible. He went above and beyond. I had screwed up a flight and had to change everything. He was patient with me (and I was a wreck) and listened to me and explained everything that I needed to hear calmly. He gave me various options to continue getting where I needed to be. He was terrific. I will use your company again because of his professionalism. If all your employees are that good, you’re doing a good job as a company. Keep up the good work.
