Sainsbury Northampton Six fields poor customer service
Sainsbury Northampton Six fields I went into Sainsburys and I was looking for something and I asked a lady called Lauren if they could show me where the item was, they just pointed and said over there. I asked if they show me and she tutted and she didn't smile she looked annoyed and hurried to show me where the item was. She was not at at pleasant and her name was Lauren. She really put me off and I thought I will not visit again!. But after this a lovely lady in the clothing department and a lovely man at the till changed my mind they both wished me a happy Christmas and had excellent customer service.
