All I really want is my product delivered safely and in a timely way!
All I really want, as a senior customer of your product is safe and secure package handling (water proof packaging, no rips or tears or access to the product en route.) The parcel arrived in a relatively quick way, completely intact, which is always appreciated. Also, my complex last name was spelled correctly! Not a vital point, but appreciated, LOL!
