Request authorization to return 3 pair of shoes
I received my order of 3 pairs of tennis shoes which came in at an improper size. I specifically ordered size 42 and they are all 43mm which according to the national shoe size chart are 9 &1/2 not a U.S. size 9. The stitching above the toes are rough and would cause a blister if worn. I wrote for authorization more than 3 weeks ago to return them for credit, yet no response from the company has occurred.
