100% DV Maltreatment
100% DV. Tricked into a 3 year contract I was unaware of. Facing foreclosure and these people tell me I can’t cancel unless I pay this lump some of cash and I offered to pay it when I had the money and instead am told “you can’t cancel unless you pay the termination fee”. So trying to trap me into paying and won’t let me cancel..? Interesting business ethics. Also customer service is non existent. Get transferred 4 times, and nobody knows what the previous conversation was about. Do not go with ADT, ever. Edit: they responded and I will say I’ve already tried contacting support to get help. It’s all the same thing and they’re only commenting to save face. Do not deal with these scammers: again AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are much better companies out there who don’t swindle you unfair contracts.
