Cheap
Ordered 2 personal machines. One the handle looked cheap and looks like it's about to split in half. The plastic looks like it's not glued or attached correctly and looks like it's broken and loose. The second machine came with the wrong plug, was not a US compatible one. Sent email and their suggestion was for me to purchase the the right plug and they would reimburse me. I said no it was their error and they need to make it right. That machine also looks cheap and came with no owners manual or how to use it. Can't request to return them because I have to pay Shipping back to China. So I am stuck with 2 machines that are cheap and can't use. Still haven't received the plug.
