Update I changed the rate from 1 to 4 stars because I'm satisfied how they took action for the unsatisfied situation that happened to me before, even though it took a bit of time but it's alright. I got the order. The quality is pretty good. Better than I expected. And my husband likes it. They gave me 30% refund because the order was too late for the anniversary gift. So overall, I'm ok with the deal and hope they're getting better in managing the orders ------------ It's been almost 2 months and I still didn't receive my order. Also, I paid extra for express delivery. In the first weeks, they sent email to tell that the product is in the final step. I got the same email for months but the product is still not delivered. Excuse-me?! Like how long the product is in the final step?! So I sent them an email to ask for more update like when is the expected date to send my order. But I got no reply and also since then they stop sending me the email to tell that my order is in the final step. So suspicious! I ordered a watch and paid for 300$. It's supposed to be an anniversary gift but finally I had to find something else cause they don't send me the order! Order #5526749 confirmed July, 8, 2025
