Great tool to live a healthy lifestyle and track my metabolism. This has helped me tremendously with my metrics and shed few pounds. There’s a little bit of a learning curve but plenty of resources from the other users in the community and in the app. The food tracking in the app is basic and I barely use it because of its limitation; overall I will buy this device again and I will recommend it to friends and family.
