Very responsive, accommodating and sensitive to the needs
We had a great communication with their agent Luca, very responsive and going out of his way to accommodate the traveler. We have a group of 9 of various ages and needs, traveling from 3 different countries, so the trip logistics and finding the right place are challenging. Luca was very helpful and proactive.
