Helping my child with EM free content
I am using EM site for about a year now to stop myopia progression in our child. If you are looking to improve your eyesight in 1 month, this is not the place (and such place do not exist): You will definitely learn the following: 1. Measuring your eyesight using a meter tape (pretty cool) 2. Habits moulded in your regular life that will stop progressive myopia 3. Choose your own lenses (warning: do use it wisely) 4. Reverse myopia if you follow it well enough. 5. You will definitely be able to have a discussion with an opthamologist after this (and perhaps irk them) I have been able to shed overprescription (20 - 50%) that accelerates myopia progression. All the information are free however it is in bits of pieces here and there. Paid courses are way more organised (1-2 available for free if you can search), if you want personal advise from Jake. FB and EM community is great place to get advise from experienced users, and often from Jake.
