HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
well I paid $35 for the monthly plan because i have a few products i needed repaired and after a few attempts to unlock my ipad air (which the app says it fixed but absolutley did not) i hooked up my iphone 11 and its saying i have to buy more items when clearly it says 5 devices 1 pc included in my plan. I dont have very much money and definitely cannot afford to pay multiple times for something that doesn't even work properly and this was clearly designed to mislead people with the advertising and I have already been on here for hours trying to get it to work. Now Ive been on hold with help/chat for over 45 minutes. Very much dissatisfied and let down from this app, especially when its made to make you believe one thing and its the complete obvious.
