Frustrated over shipping delays
Really appealing IG marketing got me to try Fresh Sends. I've been a new customer for 1 month, and I've already purchased from them 4 times. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 purchases came with issues; mainly shipping issues. What's frustrating is I've ordered many weeks ahead of time to secure an accurate delivery date but you still get notified of the delays ... and yes, it happened 3 times to 3 separate zip codes/locations. The experience with customer service was good; it doesn't sound like they're populating auto-generated macros, but rather a genuine response which I can appreciate, but 25% happiness rating doesn't make me want to give them a try any time soon... We'll see.
