You pay expensive shipping to send them back but don't get a refund
I paid around $60 to send 3 pairs of pants that were not as described back to AB Skinny as they said they would refund my money. The parcel was available for them to accept back Oct 4, but by Oct 20 I still had no refund. When I contacted them they said they hadn't received the parcel. I therefore began an investigation with the shipper who came back providing evidence they were waiting for them to collect. Since contacting AB skinny with this evidence I have received no response or money back. I am currently out of pocket around $252 for nothing.
