Great communication, and I love their products. I've tried multiple Farmers Market (different flavors) beverages, Decaf Ground coffee, Decaf K cups, Ground regular coffee, Regular K cups, emu oil, gummies......No issues with any item and easy to work with to make any changes to an order or subscription. Customer Service is impeccable.
