I prepaid a pick up från airport in Miami to Fort Lauderdale. At arrival the driver did not answer to calls, texts or WhatsApp. Thought I would get full refund since it was a clear case of a no show but now Jayride says that My travel thru said that the driver was dispatched so I can not get my money back! Even through I have sent proof of the totally invisible driver. Very disappointed and I hope that others do not book with this company.
