Ordered an expensive RC model…
Ordered an expensive RC model helicopter. On arrival the box was damaged. Turns out the product was defective and damaged itself seriously. Messaged Bangood and after 5 days the reply I got was that I need to make a You tube video to demonstrate the defect. Even though the faulty product no longer functioned. Ultimately no resolution or refund. Just ignored and no further action from them. Will never buy from Bang good again. Zero customer service and inadequate product in a damaged box. Very disssatisfied. Be warned.
