Worked for me!
Customer Service: moderate to fast response. I had to update about the shipment twice as it was delayed. However, they took ownership and kept in contact with me after I addressed my concerns. It took about 13 business days to ship to Canada. Machine: I initially wanted to purchase the laser lipo machine as I have done it at a salon in the past and had successful response. However, a representation recommend me the cavitation machine for my particular body goals. Pro: I had seen a friend recently that I haven’t seen in months and the first thing he said to me was “wow, you lost a lot of weight!” I am on week 10. Keep in mind, I have significantly reduced my diet, regularly do resistant/body weight training 4x’s a week. In my experience, to get the full result, a healthy lifestyle needs to be included for maximum results. Cons: As much as I love my machine, the only thing that I don’t like is the duration it takes to work on one area. I have 3 specific area’s which means it takes 3 hours of my time, twice a week. In addition, it is difficult to get hard to reach areas like the back or armpit fat. If I had to purchase again, I would get the laser lipo as you don’t need to use the handle and swipe it over your flab over and over again which can get tiring. With the laser lipo, you would just need to put the paddles on the area, strap it on with the belt to keep it in place, and let the machine do the work while you hands are free to do other things. Overall, I had a dream pleasant experience. In my experience, it is a legitimate company with quality products. I would purchase from the company again in the future.😊
