Refund through PayPal - finally!
After following up with Litfab and numerous emails the company finally refunded the light fitting. Thank you. I am relieved to receive this but was a lot of hassle back and forth to achieve this. I would always buy via PayPal for future as at least helped me achieve $ back but Litfab really need to reassess the quality of their goods and customer service process. Be warned!
