Let down by awful customer service and Kafkaesque refund process
Although can't fault the quality of items received (decent quality for the price), the customer service side of the transaction has really let them down. Although their own terms and conditions allow for the return of goods within 30 days of purchase, in case you change your mind, getting that refund is a Kafkaesque endeavour. Be warned that, in case you change your mind about a product, you'll be constantly hassled by their customer service team to keep the item at a discounted price or accept vouchers instead of a direct refund. I received an email asking me to accept a voucher even after already having agreed a direct refund with their customer representative. In the end, only got my money back by contacting PayPal about it. The company is based in China and, unfortunately, their customer service does not meet the expected UK standards. Shame really as the equipment itself is quite good.
