LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS. As much as there are fabulous videos on how to run the hardware, those for the software could use better info. Perhaps a step by step on how to add protocols to ones already running as I found I was going around in circles. Super eagerly helpful people in all the groups and chats but still minor points were missing. Also, and I am sure you are tired of this: MAC OS please please please! I cant stand PCs.
