I was hesitant to take the course but I am glad I did. The topics are arranged well and easy to grasp. The addition of the videos to introduce each topic before going in depth makes a smooth transition. This is a good experience especially for those who want to pursue a lifelong career in teaching. *New update* I reached out to support to get my tefl certificate and they are going to tell me that tey are not seeing my payment. Please note that you have to make your payment before you can log in and gain access. I need this rectified as I am not paying again.
