Great customer service
I ordered an item for Xmas in November and when it hadn’t arrived 3 weeks later, I started looking into where it was but could find no tracking information or order number on my order confirmation email, which seemed suspicious. I reached out to support who were very responsive and helpful. They were able to show that my package had been delivered and after much back and forth I discovered that a neighbor had it and had forgotten to give it to me. The product is good and the customer service is great. Just wish that their order notification process were better:,better details on email so I could have tracked the package myself.
