This application worked great once I was able to determine that LG phones, at least the ones I had, require a special LG USB driver on the computer being used for the USB Debug function to work. If I had been able to get that knowledge from Wondershare support when I first reported the problem instead of from several days of tedious trial and error the program would definitely have gotten get that fifth star. To be fair LG tech support was not aware either.
