Appalling
Appalling they took a year to respond just to shut down our claim leaving it to late to go elsewhere now after a absolutely shocking experience flying with a 1 year old baby ! We spent 2 days at an airport abroad, sleeping there, treated shockingly, the airline told us we would have somewhere to go until our flight rearranged but this never happened after trying and trying. Also refused to give us blankets /heat up milk for baby to go sleep /had a cleaner purposely wake up our 1 year old at 2am and when we asked him to stop repeatedly he laughed pointed at our child and carried on. Disgusted that our flight got cancelled, we were treated so badly, come to this company hoping for some help and are useless ! Do not use Contact airlines directly yourself ! This company is scam
