Rotis are good, even Puris made by machine are very good. Negative point, only specific make Aatta to be used. If company provides moisture/water control to customer, various Aatta can be used. Difference between aatta is moisture absorption. If that can be adjusted, we'll any aatta can be used. Machine is very useful.
