Terrible customer service.
Ordered a onsie for my daughter. Upon arrival, I Immediately noticed a hole in the seam on the shoulder. The item was cute, bright colors and sift material. Thinner than expected, but not bad. If this could get replaced I’d be perfectly happy. So I mailed them with my order number and details. I sent a photo and asked how to replace it. Their response was “ This is just ordinary fried thread, you can sew it with a needle and thread!” No apology, no concern for their customer’s inconvenience, just fix it yourself. I wrote a rather lengthy response and told them how that it was a terrible way to treat customers. I will follow up if I get a reply. But i doubt I bother with them again. My money spends everywhere equally. Shipping for one item is $12 Not exactly cheap. There are other options. I highly recommend you look elsewhere or just sew one together yourself. They don’t care.
