A nightmare!!!
A nightmare!!!! Super Difficult to communicate with them (they respond something and after a few days some one else respond something different).... super expensive shipping costs, super long waiting. Super complications site. You can't just leave all (as many of us would like) and get your money back. I'm sure many people had just left there what they bought since it's very difficulty and expected to get it delivered. They have something as "warehouse sales"? I'm sure they do that with all the packages customers abandon. They don't choose the cheapest option to deliver to you, they just so it their way, they don't really care about do it the best way for customers. And after all, they want you to tip the "expert" agents. Don't buy there, I should have read all this reviews before Buying with them, but I thought it was to be like: buy and deliver, like any other site. Still dealing with them.....i how all this end soon.
