Great support for fantastic wheels.
I have had the Drive 50V on my bike for nearly two years. I love the way they accelerate quickly up to speed and hold that speed. They are also very light and good for climbing the numerous hills I ride in. The wheels also handle cross winds very well, much better than my last very expensive set of wheels. I had the misfortune two days ago while travelling at speed and hit a huge hole in the road which was hidden by shadows. As a result of the collision I had a pinch flat and the rim suffered a small crack. Given the size of the hole I doubt any wheel would have survived that hit. I managed to undo the brakes to stop the rubbing and was able to ride 8 km home. I contacted Elite wheels and was blown away by the crash replacement policy and the ease of dealing with the company. Gavin was most helpful. I am waiting for my replacement wheel to arrive and to get rid of the terrible aluminium spare wheel I fitted.
