Error was resolved
Through TheBookPatch my friends created a magnificent book, and the first order was perfect. I recently reordered a supply for a November deadline and unfortunately there was a print error. Quite honestly, I left voice messages and emailed a few days before receiving a response. However, once Kristylle contacted me I was able to send photos to document the problem. And once I got to speak with her by phone, she fast-tracked a resolution, and within three days a perfectly printed supply was delivered to my doorstep at no charge. And I am back on schedule with my deadline and just love the books. As previously mentioned, Kristylle is professional, courteous, clearly understood the error and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Also as mentioned, the books were very well packed. With my gratitude for Kristylle’s help and TBP’s excellent product.
