Excellent check in staff
I was attended to by a gentleman at the check in counter on the night of 8th Feb for the early morning flight from.chennai to penang on/9th Feb 2.20 am.. Initially I didn't know this gentleman was not able to speak. Only later I realised he has difficulty to hear n speak.. But I must say he was so efficient , helpful and offered service with a smile.. I have not met anyone in my many experience of flying indigo like this gentleman.. Wonderful professional service and got things done in a jiffy... Kudos to him.. Tq Indigo for including special ability persons like him to be part of your team.. He is such an asset to your team and great model for his colleagues.. I forgot to jot down his name.
