Worst purchase of my life – avoid at all costs!
This was hands down the worst purchase I’ve ever made. If you’re thinking about buying from Onexplayerstore or their resellers, think again. They do not honor the warranty if you buy from third-party resellers, even official-looking ones. And guess what? The resellers themselves offer zero support. I threw $1500 straight into the trash. After a month of trying to get help, the “official” reseller refused to accept a return, blaming customs costs. They simply don’t care once they have your money. If you’re in Europe, do yourself a favor and stay away from this product. There are better alternatives with actual customer support and functioning return policies.
