Bad experience
Got a time-limited edition product. Firstly, the item was delivered way past expected date. Lucky was I that it was only an additional few months but if you perform a simple research, you will know that they typically delay for a year or more. Some even waited an additional 2 to 3 years for theirs. Secondly, the quality of the product was mediocre at best. For the price and wait time, I got a product that had glue stain and couldn't even stand properly. Got an exchange (good on their part) and the new one was no better- Obvious glue stain between 2 parts, more paint peel and same standing issue. I gave up at that point. Customer service advised I keep the product in the box so it wouldn't fall over- most ridiculous suggestion ever for a display figurine. Thirdly, this time limited edition product is now available in their site for purchase. So much for time limited and obviously a company who doesn't stand by their word. If you really like a design, do not be suckered into their limited edition marketing and give free interest loan to this company in advance. Simply wait till the product is officially launch and decide then if you really want it. Save you the hassle of disappointing wait and promise of limited edition or what not. Not limited at all. From my experience, this is not a collector, for collector company. I doubt I will purchase again.
