Old overdated and overpriced products
Idea is good and app is convenient to use. Buuut, Every time I order from them it's a problem. Or they forget something, or products are old, especially bread and fruits are horrible, or they pack light weight products in the bottom and heavy on top, or delivery takes ages. Luckily customer service is great, replies in minutes and solves problem with money refund. 0 stars for packing and delivery, customer service deserves more for sure. Unfortunately, they lost one more client. Products are extremely overpriced too. Like a company which doesn't have a physical shop, in my opinion should have items cheaper. People, you have an amazing business idea, but you cannot manage it at all.
