Planned our day around online shopping…
Planned our day around online shopping arriving 9.30-10.30am. 11 arrives and no delivery or communication. I then spend 30 mins waiting for customer services to answer the phone- finally being told that there is “ a problem “. Order finally arrives around 11.30 with several items missing. Driver very nice and apologetic. No communication re missing items and no refund for them either. Absolutely never again! Such a disappointing experience.
