This company was very responsive during the purchase. They check in during the process and after to see if you are a happy customer. In my opinion, they do work pretty hard for a 5 star review. I received my machine a couple months back and everything was great until all handles stopped working and there is a louder sucking noise coming from the chin handle connector. I am reaching out here, as well as ebay to see if the level of customer service continues. I was pretty happy with initial communication. I am looking to make a purchase for something different depending on customer service goes. I will be back to update my experience.
