Fast and responsive customer service team. I even got a sneek preview of my 11.11 purchase on the day itself before it was promptly delivered to me the next day! Realised one of the purchase was not ideal, and the customer service agent promptly assisted to make a change at physical store! This is what i call tip top customer service! WELL DONE!
