At first,I ordered 4 fish pendant lights and got them delivered after 2 weeks later.But the eye of one fish was broken.I claimed it and asked for a replacement eye.I ordered 2 more fish pendant lights and asked them to put many “fragile” stickers on the box. But my request was ignored.The bad feeling came true,one fish light was distorted.I claimed it and asked AGAIN to put many fragile stickers on the box.2 weeks later it’s delivered WITHOUT “fragile” stickers. The communication with the support team wasn’t bad but my request had been kept forgetting.So just be careful when you order fragile.
