Machine never arrived and no refund
Machine never arrived after weeks of waiting and keep having to contact mychways. They first said been shipped and after two weeks it turns out it never has been shipped. After multiple attempts of requesting a refund, been told they will transfer the refund. A week has passed and no money. Tried to contact them again and they ignore the emails. I tried live chat and just been ignored over and over again. Anyone got any advice what I can do in this situation? It's a scam, please save yourself the hassle and order from a proper website.
