Absolute rubbish.
I ordered two get one free pet fur and odour remover. I received one at the full price for two. Plus £4.50 was added on when I hit buy. I complained and asked for a full refund as was not happy with the service. They refunded the £4.50 and would give me £2.00 compensation. I had paid £22.48. I could return the goods to get full refund but would have to pay postage to China. What I actually received was not worth anything as it doesn’t do anything in collecting fur. I told them this and they said thank you for understanding, I have not pursued it any further as I doubt if I would get anywhere with them.
