Alibaba Buyer Protection Failed
Alibaba Buyer Protection Failed — £963.33 Lost and No Real Support I paid £963.33 for an order on Alibaba, including door-to-door delivery to the UK. The goods never arrived. The seller admitted in writing that the shipping company had lost the goods and repeatedly promised me a full refund. Despite this clear evidence, Alibaba refuses to help because the buyer protection period has expired. I have contacted customer support numerous times, including their senior team, but all I receive are generic, repetitive responses. Nobody appears willing to investigate the seller’s admissions, contact the seller directly, or take responsibility for resolving the situation. Even more concerning, the seller mentioned having experienced similar situations involving multiple compensation payments. I trusted Alibaba’s Trade Assurance system, but when something went wrong, I was left without my goods or my money. Order number: 24109752501042920 I am requesting a full refund of £963.33 and a proper investigation. I will update this review if Alibaba actually resolves my case.
