I purchased a gold sequin dress for a Christmas party. The dress arrived with patches where the sequins had already fell off and it is cheap and poorly made. Looks nothing like the photo advertised on their website. I have been trying to contact customer service for over two weeks now to request a full refund. They’ve asked me to send photos in and I have multiple times, and this still has not been sorted. And I have still not received a refund. I was told previously that I would also need to pay the £12 shipping fee to send it back which is disgusting. The website is false advertisement and the customer service is even worse!!!
