I wanted to try these products for awhile. I subscribed to the eye duo , and the facial trio. I stopped using the eye duo because my eyes were constantly tearing. I somewhat liked the facial trio. The day cream was very stiff to smooth on my face. So I changed the formulation for next time. That being said I wanted to return the eye duo creams. I found out they do not except returns or refunds even if the creams cause irritation. So being very upset I canceled BOTH subscriptions. Beware they do not tell you this when you sign up. I never heard of a company not refunding there product if it causes irritation. Horrible customer service. Horrible company , they will steal your money.
