I’ve had a very positive stay at Dorsett Kwun Tong. The room has been clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and responsive. What stood out most was how seriously the management team took any concerns and how diligently they followed through (shoutout to Cody!). The only drawback was Wi-Fi congestion during busy evening periods, particularly on some international connections. The hotel explained that its network is operated by an outside IT provider, and I hope that provider addresses the capacity issue soon. The hotel team itself handled the concern professionally and did everything within its control to help. Overall, the excellent hospitality and responsiveness of the staff earn the hotel five stars. I would recommend Dorsett Kwun Tong, particularly for the quality of its service.
