The person-Lisa-who assisted me to sign up for my drug plan was VERY helpful and patient. There are so many disclaimers to listen to, but since this is not my first time signing up, I knew to take time and wait it out…Just needed to have all my information ready, and she answered any questions I had about payments.🤓
