Would give 0 stars if possible. This is a total scam!! What I received was nothing like what I ordered. It’s hideous and different colored eyes and shapes weird etc etc etc. They offer a pitiful 10% refund. What a joke. I will be taking up with consumer affairs and better business to get them shut down what a waste of money and my daughter would hate it if I gave it to her for Christmas. Do not buy from them or read their reviews on website. Scamming people out of their money is so awful! Hoping my cc will help settle this as well. Update: they will offer full refund if you send it back to China at your expense. It would have cost over 65.00 to mail back and they do not accept tracking numbers created here. Post office says that if you send back, they will say they never received it and you will be out the product, the cost to ship back and the amount you initially paid for the garbage doll that was sent. They are horrific and I hope they get shut down! Do not buy anything from them!!
