New buyers, please read this before purchasing a Creality printer. My experience with Creality’s customer support has been extremely poor. I opened a support ticket (#20260530765269) and provided everything they asked for — photos, videos, proof of the issue, and even references to their own official assembly guide. After that, communication simply stopped. I followed up multiple times over several weeks with no real response. I even escalated the issue directly to Creality’s executive team, and still received no reply at all. The printers may work well when they work, but if something goes wrong, you may be completely on your own. Based on my experience, Creality does not stand behind their customers or their products. If you’re considering buying from Creality, be aware that support may be slow, unresponsive, or nonexistent.
