No recourse for undelivered order
I am not here to rate the products, but their after care service. My parcel was never delivered and I asked for support to track it. In turn, they asked me to contact the courier, never mind that the onus is on the seller to ensure the product is delivered. After I got no help from the courier, I got back to Ayurveda and asked for a refund or for them to send a replacement. I never heard from them again. So, I cannot rate their product as I never got a chance to use it, nor will I be buying from them again.
