I ordered 12 months Xbox live ultimate. The codes did not arrive immediately as stated and I did start to worry. Especially as it stated to speed it up contact support but I could not locate the support chat it kept linking to. However, after 15 minutes, the code(s) came through as 4 lots of 3 months and I have activated all successfully. I would use again but I would encourage them to read this review as does cause one to worry following an order
