Return policy
I have referred patients to Alaskan Northern Lights for the purchase of light boxes for 40 years as I've trust their product. Today I had the unpleasant experience of finding out that they do not offer prepaid return labels. Given that these lights are not inexpensive, it adds an extra obstacle to getting people to try them. I think for the price of the Box they could at least offer free returns. Not in conducive to people getting care.
